APLIKASI SISTEM PDE BERBASIS EXCEL UNTUK AKUNTANSI KEUANGAN ORGANISASI NIR-LABA

Abstract

The main purpose of writing the work of community service is to offer the idea of a system of financial administration (financial accounting) of nonprofit organizations using Excel-Based PDE Systems that have been designed and implemented for DKM organizations that include the Excel-Based PDE Financial Program and the Bookkeeping Manual. Operationalization of ideas offered in the form of reapplication of PDE Finance System to other non-profit organizations such as non-governmental organizations, or community groups that are just beginning social-oriented organizational activities and managing funds from third parties. Based on community service activities in Phase I and II, output were obtained as an Excel-based PDE Program equipped with a Bookkeeping Manual with focus to the Standard Journal. The main obstacle faced during system implementation is the limited knowledge of user knowledge about financial accounting. Based on the results of an evaluation of the outcomes of community service activities, an Excel-based PDE Program that is one of the output can be utilized by other small-scale nonprofit organizations by independently customizing the labels contained on their excel's sheets.
