Komparasi Model Problem Based Learning Dan Discovery Learning Tipe Round Robin Dalam Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematika Siswa Pada Materi Trigonometri

Abstract


This research aims to find out whether the Problem-Based Learning model is superior to the round-robin Discovery Learning model in optimizing students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. The experiment involved 36 students in Experiment Class 1 and another 36 students in Experiment Class 2. Data was collected through a math problem-solving test with a focus on the topic of trigonometry. The findings show that the Problem-Based Learning model provides better results compared to the round-robin Discovery Learning model, as evidenced by the significance value of 0.017 which is below the threshold of 0.005.
