MEMETAKAN LANSKAP IMITATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP: TINJAUAN BIBLIOMETRIK DI PASAR BERKEMBANG
Abstract
Penelitian ini memetakan lanskap penelitian kewirausahaan imitatif di pasar negara berkembang melalui analisis bibliometrik sistematis. Menggunakan data dari Scopus, penelitian ini menganalisis 50 artikel jurnal yang diterbitkan antara tahun 1998-2025 dengan metode bibliometrik menggunakan paket Bibliometrix di R Studio. Analisis mengungkapkan bahwa penelitian dalam bidang ini telah berkembang dengan tingkat pertumbuhan tahunan sebesar 2,6%, namun masih berada pada tahap fragmentasi dengan pola publikasi yang fluktuatif. Struktur intelektual didominasi oleh perspektif pandangan berbasis sumber daya dan teori pembelajaran organisasi, dengan karya Frynas, Luo, dan Kale sebagai publikasi yang paling berpengaruh. Pemetaan tematik mengidentifikasi inovasi, imitasi, dan inovasi imitatif sebagai tema motorik, sementara imitasi kreatif dan imitasi produk masih berada pada posisi niche. Fokus geografisnya berada di Asia, khususnya Tiongkok, dengan tingkat co-authorship internasional 36%. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kesenjangan penelitian yang signifikan dalam eksplorasi konteks Afrika dan Amerika Latin, integrasi perspektif kelembagaan, dan pengembangan pemahaman mengenai mekanisme transformasi dari replika ke inovasi. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah memberikan tinjauan sistematis pertama mengenai struktur intelektual dan evolusi penelitian kewirausahaan imitatif di pasar negara berkembang, memberikan peta jalan untuk penelitian masa depan dalam bidang kewirausahaan.
