Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of: 1) Motivation to enter the world of work has a significant effect on student academic achievement with a path coefficient of 0.399. 2) Organizational activeness has a significant effect on student academic achievement with a path coefficient of 0.396. 3) Motivation to enter the world of work has a significant effect on student work readiness with a path coefficient of 0.314. 4) Academic achievement has a significant effect on student work readiness with a path coefficient of 0.327. 5) Organizational activeness has a significant effect on student work readiness with a path coefficient of 0.232. 6) Field work practice has a significant effect on student work readiness with a path coefficient of 0.277. 7) Information on the world of work has a significant effect on student work readiness with a path coefficient value of 0.315. This means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.
