ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, office facilities , education, and financial compensaion, to performance employees Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Pemerintah Propinsi West Sumatra. 1) there is a significant influence between work discipline partially on performance employees satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0,025 2) there is a significant influence of office facilities partially on performance employes with a coefficient value of 0,024 3) there is a significant influence of pendidikan on performance employees 0.018 4) there is a significant influence of financial competation partially on performance employees  with a coefficient value of 0,15 5) ) there is a significant influence between work discipline, office facilities, education , financial compensaion simultan of performance employees with F count 164,788 > F table 2,44.
