Abstract


This research to know the ability of creative thinking of mathematic learners better between using Creative Problem Solving (CPS) model with Problem Based Learning (PBL) model and to know Selfefficacy learners using both models. research using experimental methods. Data collection techniques by testing students' mathematical creative thinking skills and spreading self-efficacy questionnaires of learners. The research instrument used was a mathematical creative thinking ability test and selfefficacy questionnaire. Research population all students of class VIII MTs Negeri 7 Tasikmalaya. Samples were taken by two random sampling, ie class VIII B using Creative Problem Solving (CPS) and Class VIII A learning model using Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. Data analysis techniques to test hypotheses are two-average difference test and to answer research questions by analyzing the self-efficacy questionnaire. Based on the result of the research, it is concluded that students' creative thinking ability using Creative Problem Solving (CPS) model is better than using Problem Based Learning (PBL) model and self-efficacay learners using Creative Problem Solving (CPS) with Problem Based Learning (PBL) belong to medium category.
