Abstract


The purpose of this study are to determine the impact of ARIAS learning model utilization in the ability to think creatively mathematically learners; and to know the significant difference of mathematical creative thinking ability among learners who have a high, medium and low selfefficacy. The author uses experimental method in this research. The population in this study are all students of class VIII MTs Negeri 9 Ciamis academic year 2017/2018 as many as 2 classes. Class VIII B as an experimental class whose learning uses the ARIAS learning model and class VIII D as a control class whose learning uses the PBL model. Based on the results of the study obtained conclusions are (1) there is influence of the use of learning model ARIAS to the ability of creative thinking mathematic learners and (2)there is a difference in the ability of mathematical creative thinking of learners in terms of self-efficacy on the using ARIAS learning model
