MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA PADA MATERI OPERASI BILANGAN REAL DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN THINK PAIR SHARE

Abstract


This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which aims to improve learning outcomes and learning motivation of class X Pemasaran 1 SMKN 1 Banjar 2018/2019 school year through the application of Problem Solving learning models. This research was conducted collaboratively and participatively in two cycles. Data collection in this study was conducted using participant observation and written tests.Based on the results of the study concluded that the application of the Problem Solving learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the subject matter of relations and functions and student learning motivation on Mathematics subjects. This is supported by research data that shows an increase in the percentage of completeness tests of Mathematics learning outcomes. During the pre-study, the completeness of students was only 36%, after the first cycle with the Problem Solving learning model the percentage of completeness of student learning achievement was 67% with an average completeness reaching 75.19, then in the cycle II action, the learning outcomes were 89% with an average of 82.19.The application of the Problem Solving learning model can also improve the learning motivation of class X Pemasaran 1 SMKN 1 Banjar Academic Year 2018/2019. In the first cycle students 'learning motivation gets a final score of 61%, meaning that students' learning motivation is in good criteria. In the second cycle the final score of student learning motivation reached 88% so it was in very good criteria
