       Introduction

Manuscripts are written in TNR, 11, single spaced font. Manuscripts contain around 6000 to 8000 words with a maximum length of 20 pages.

The introduction outlines the phenomenon under study, the urgency and motivation of the research, the state of the art of the research, the research gap analysis, the statement of research objectives, the novelty of the research, and the research contribution. The state-of-the-art formulation and research gaps are based on a minimum of 15 articles published in the last 5 years. The discussion is written without sub-chapters. Writing introduction is without adding subtitles.

Literature Review

The literature review describes the theoretical framework (grand theory) based on the literature review which becomes the logical basis for developing research hypotheses or propositions and research models (if deemed necessary). Present the formulation of hypotheses or propositions if needed in this section. Writing hypotheses without adding subtitles.

In-text citations use the Reference Manager (Mendeley), with APA 7 style format. Examples of references from articles (scientific/popular): Marlina (2022), Suryanto & Nasrulloh (2023) for the beginning of the paragraph. Or at the end of a paragraph (Marlina, 2022; Suryanto & Nasrulloh, 2023).

Numbering for the body of the article using the template as follows:

  1. Numbering templates without title
  2. Sub-numbering body of article

Writing sub-sub-numbering in the body of the article uses the following template:

 .     First sub-numbering

  1. Second sub-numbering
  2. Numbering body of article is written on the introduction, literature review, research methods, results and discussion, and conclusions. Customize the needs of the article.

Subtitles

Subtitles do not use numbering. Times New Roman 11.

Tables must be retyped (not images). Table titles are written in times New Roman 10, single spaced. Each table must have a description of the table number, table title, and table source, with Times New Roman 10 letters, single spaced. Table explanations are written in a format like the example: Table 1 or (Table 1). Capitalize the first letter.

Figure must be accompanied by figure number, title, and source (font: Times New Roman 10, space 1). Explanations of figures are written with examples of formats: Figure 1 or (Figure 1). Capitalize the first letter. Tables and figures can be written in the introduction, literature review, research methods, results and discussion, and conclusions.

Method

Research Methods describes an explanation of the research methods used, empirical models, selection methods and data collection procedures, measurement and operational definitions of variables, as well as data analysis methods. A manuscript with a qualitative research approach, this section describes the unit of analysis, key informants/participants, data collection procedures and techniques, data validation techniques, and data analysis techniques. The writing of method is without adding subtitles. Formula for variable measurement must be accompanied by formula number on the right side (font: Times New Roman 11, space 1).

.

Result and Discussion

It is divided into two subtitles, namely Results and Discussion. The subtitle of results presents the data analysis results and explains the conclusions of research findings based on the results of data analysis and research objectives. The discussion section describes the analysis of research findings by explaining the meaning of the findings and providing arguments for the research findings.

The discussion subtitle must also explain the linkages of research findings with state-of-the-art research, and the research gaps that have been formulated, as well as the linkages of research findings with previous research, and relevant theories.

In the results and discussion section, it is necessary to explain the novelty and the contribution of the research findings. Avoid presenting the discussion simply by explaining accepted or rejected hypotheses and simply describing tables or pictures of the results of data analysis, or simply explaining what is or is not in accordance with the theory or just the same or not the same as previous research.

Conclution

Conclusions are arranged in the form of flowing paragraphs, not in the form of concluding points. The conclusion contains research findings and an explanation regarding the novelty of research findings, namely novelty in terms of theory, formulas, propositions, prototypes, or other types of novelty. The conclusion also explains the implications of research findings. Conclusions also explain the implications of the research findings. Present boundaries suggesting further research to explore research in the same field.

Avoid compiling conclusions just stating the hypothesis is accepted or rejected and presenting the results of statistical data in the form of tables or figures and only summarizing the discussion.

References

The references are written using the Reference Manager (Mendeley), with the APA 7th style format. The references are arranged alphabetically according to the author's name. Use Single Space, hanging 0.5".

The number of references at least 15 sources, with a minimum composition of 80% comes from published articles in national or international reputable journals, and proceedings published in the last 5 years.

Bibliography writing is as follows alphabetically and does not need to be separated between types of sources:
