PENGARUH SERVANT LEADERSHIP, PERSON ORGANIZATION FIT TERHADAP KINERJA PERANGKAT DESA MELALUI KOMITMEN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Kasus di Kecamatan Tahunan, Kabupaten Jepara)
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the influence of Servant Leadership and Person Organization Fit on the performance of Village Officials through Organizational Commitment as an intervention variable in villages in the Tahunan District Area. Data was collected using a survey method, use SEM Amos version 24 software. The results of this research show several findings, first, Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Second, Person Organization Fit has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Third, Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Village Officials. Fourth, Person Organization Fit has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials. Fifth, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Performance. Furthermore, Organizational Commitment is not able to mediate the influence of Servant Leadership on Performance and Organizational Commitment is unable to mediate the influence of Person Organization Fit on Performance.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Servant Leadership dan Person Organization Fit terhadap kinerja Perangkat Desa melalui Komitmen Organisasi sebagai variable intervening pada desa di Wilayah Kecamatan Tahunan. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode survey. Untuk pengujian menggunakan software SEM Amos versi 24. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut menunjukkan beberapa temuan, pertama Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Kedua, Person Organization Fit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Ketiga, Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perangkat Desa. Keempat, Person Organization Fit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perangkat desa. Kelima, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Dan selanjutnya, Komitmen Organisasi tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Kinerja serta Komitmen Organisasi tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Person Organization Fit terhadap Kinerja.
