Analisa Potensi Penularan COVID-19 Pada Tenaga Kesehatan RSUD Tobelo Terkonfirmasi Berdasarkan Nilai Cycle Threshold (CT)
Abstract

terbalik dengan dengan jumlah target asam nukleat dalam sample. Penelitian ini
bertujuan mengetahui kisaran nilai CT pada tenaga Kesehatan RSUD-Tobelo
terkonfirmasi COCID-19 dan mengetahui korelasi antara nilai CT dengan waktu
penyembuhan. Sumber data untuk Analisa menggunakan hasil uji PCR tenaga
Kesehatan RSUD Tobelo. Ada 67 tenaga kesehatan terkonfirmasi COVID-19
bersadarkan uji PCR dengan nilai CT yang bervariasi dari rentang nilai 11,10
hingga 36,59, ini menunjukan adanya variasi viral load. Nilai CT pasien yang
paling banyak berada pada rentang nilai 30-37. Hanya 8 pasien memiliki nilai CT
< 30. Indikasi kuat adanya korelasi antara nilai CT dengan waktu penyembuhan.
Pasien yang memiliki nilai CT <20 tanpa dan dengan gejala memerlukan waktu
penyembuhan lebih dari 20 hari. Masa penyembuhan melalui isolasi mandiri
selama 10 hari direkomendasikan hanya pada pasien yang memiliki nilai CT
>30 tanpa gejala klinis
