ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR DIVERGEN SISWA DALAM MENYELESAIKAN MASALAH OPEN ENDED

Abstract


The purpose of this research is to analyze the types of errors Kastolan by class VIII students in solving open ended problems in terms of divergent thinking skills. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research. The data described is based on the results of divergent thinking skills tests given to several students who were the subjects of the research. The sample of this research was three students of grade VIII junior high school who were selected by purposive sampling. Research results show that the analysis of students' mistakes error Kastolan is divided into three, namely conceptual errors, procedural errors, and technical errors. The results of the analysis of the answer sheets of the three students in solving the problem with indicators of divergent fluency, flexibility, originality and elaboration errors were mostly carried out on the questions with the flexibity indicator because students only saw questions from one perspective.
