HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA PESERTA DIDIK DITINJAU DARI PEMBELAJARAN YANG MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KONTEKSTUAL DAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KONSTRUKTIVISME
Abstract
This study aims to find out the results of mathematics learning among students whose learning uses contextual learning models with constructivism learning models. Improved learning outcomes of mathematics participants in education seen from the final score. Learning Outcomes are a result that can be achieved by students and illustrate the high and low level of success of learning. Therefore, there needs to be an application of appropriate learning in learning and teaching activities to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes. The data in this study were obtained through tests of mathematics learning outcomes of students conducted in the class whose learning uses contextual learning models and classes that the learning uses constructivism learning models to get students' mathematics learning test results. Tests of learning outcomes aim to see an increase in mathematics final scores of participants in the experimental class. The population in this study was participants in class VII of MTs PSA Al-Mubarokah, while samples were taken randomly by class, class VII A was chosen as the first experimental class and class VII B as the second experimental class. The first experimental class was given learning with the contextual learning model and the second experimental class was given learning with constructivism learning models. Based on the results of research and data analysis, as well as by testing the hypothesis by using the real level of testing α = 1% obtained tcount = 2.52 and t table = 2.39. Obviously calculated = 2.52> t table = 2.39 then Ho is rejected and accepted. It was concluded that the increase in the score of mathematics learning outcomes of students using the contextual learning model was better than the increase in scores on the mathematics learning outcomes of students using constructivism learning models.
