ANALISIS HASIL OVERLAY PETA POTENSI OBJEK WISATA DI KECAMATAN WALURAN KABUPATEN SUKABUMI

Abstract

Tourism is a whole of the related elements in it consisting of tourists, tourist destinations, travel, industry and so on which constitute tourism activities. Tourism is the mainstay of the main source of foreign exchange because Indonesia is a country that has a wide variety of types of tourism, for example natural, social and cultural tourism which is spread from Sabang to Merauke. Tourism currently requires extraordinary development because of the demands of the times and the conditions of the surrounding environment. This tourism development, of course, must pay attention to elements of a sustainable environment. It also needs to be done in the development of tourism in Waluran District Sukabumi Regency as a reference in making strategies and in increasing cooperation between the government and surrounding communities. The purpose of this study is to map and analyze tourist objects in the District of Waluran, Sukabumi Regency. Then it aims to classify tourist objects based on mileage and accessibility. Another analysis of tourists and tour operators in the area. This research uses supporting analysis in the form of Geographic Information System (GIS)
