Efektivitas Pendekatan Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) terhadap Peningkatan Kemampuan Pemahaman Konsep Matematika Siswa

Abstract


One of the appropriate approaches to be applied to learning is the development of a model approach to learning mathematics, also known as a realistic approach to mathematics education. This approach has the advantage of giving students a better understanding of the connection between mathematics and everyday life. The objective of this research is to evaluate the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) method's efficacy in enhancing students' comprehension of mathematical concepts. Study Literature Review (SLR) was used as the research methodology. Finding reference sources and collecting and comparing the sources obtained are the two steps in this method. The study's findings lead us to the conclusion that the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach greatly enhances students' comprehension of mathematical concepts through its application to the learning process. Implications Teachers must be able to properly implement the Realistic Mathematical Education (RME) approach to the learning process in order to raise student achievement levels.
