Nilai-Nilai Sosial dalam Komunitas Sepeda Wanita: Eksplorasi Kajian Perspektif Gender

Abstrak


Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak pembiasaan nilai sosial dalam komunitas pesepeda perempuan terhadap kehidupan sosial sehari-hari. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, penelitian dilakukan di Kota Tasikmalaya selama Juli-November 2024. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen terhadap anggota komunitas sepeda perempuan yang bekerja dan ibu rumah tangga. Analisis induktif mengidentifikasi lima nilai sosial utama: kerja sama, komunikasi, koneksi dengan anggota lain, kerja tim, dan kepercayaan. Hasil menunjukkan nilai-nilai ini terbentuk melalui interaksi dan kegiatan bersama, memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap hubungan antar anggota dengan menciptakan solidaritas, meningkatkan kualitas interaksi, memperkuat kebersamaan, dan mendorong partisipasi aktif. Komunitas sepeda wanita tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai wadah olahraga, tetapi juga ruang sosial inklusif yang berkontribusi pada pemberdayaan perempuan dan menciptakan dampak positif di masyarakat.
