Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Game pada Materi Prinsip Ketidakpastian Menggunakan Scratch

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Game-Based Learning (GBL) menggunakan Scratch untuk mengajarkan Prinsip Ketidakpastian dalam fisika kuantum guna meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual mahasiswa. Permasalahan utama yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah sifat konsep fisika kuantum yang sulit dipahami, sehingga sering menyebabkan rendahnya pemahaman dan minimnya keterlibatan mahasiswa ketika diajarkan melalui metode tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas media dan perubahan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran Prinsip Ketidakpastian melalui simulasi interaktif dan pengalaman bermain (gamified learning). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui angket respons Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika Angkatan 2024, Universitas Sriwijaya untuk menilai kelayakan media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis Scratch yang dikembangkan memiliki indeks validitas sebesar 0,603-0,918 dengan kategori valid hingga sangat valid, sehingga layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Selain itu, mahasiswa menunjukkan perubahan pemahaman konsep setelah mengikuti pembelajaran. Integrasi prinsip Game-Based Learning pada platform Scratch terbukti menjadi pendekatan yang efektif dan menarik untuk mengajarkan Prinsip Ketidakpastian, mendorong pembelajaran aktif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap konsep fisika kuantum yang bersifat abstrak.
