Identifikasi Tingkat Motivasi Belajar Siswa pada Pembelajaran IPA Berdasarkan Aspek ARCS

Abstract


Guru perlu mempertahankan motivasi belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajarannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di Mts Alkhairat Ibu pada aspek attention; (2) untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di Mts Alkhairat Ibu pada aspek relevance; (3) untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di Mts Alkhairat Ibu pada aspek confidence; (4) untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di Mts Alkhairat Ibu pada aspek satisfaction. Jenis Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Mts AlKhairaat Ibu Kabupaten Halmahera Barat, Maluku Utara. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket motivasi belajar, lembar observasi motivasi belajar, pedoman wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) tingkat motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di Mts Alkhairat Ibu pada aspek attention 87,09% berada pada kategori tinggi, dan 12,91% berada kategori rendah, sedangkan 0% berada dikategori sangat rendah; (2) tingkat motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di Mts Alkhairat Ibu pada aspek relevance 9,68% berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, 80,64% berada pada kategori tinggi, 9,68% berada kategori rendah; (3) tingkat motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di Mts Alkhairat Ibu pada aspek confidence 3,23% berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, 93,54% berada pada kategori tinggi, 3,23% berada kategori rendah; (4) tingkat motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di Mts Alkhairat Ibu pada aspek satisfaction 3,23% berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, 61,29% berada pada kategori tinggi, 35,48% berada kategori rendah.
