Pengaruh Aktivitas Fisik terhadap Konsentrasi Belajar Siswa Slow learner di Sekolah Dasar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas fisik terhadap konsentrasi belajar siswa slow learner di sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 420 siswa slow learner, dan diambil sampel sebanyak 84 siswa (42 kelompok eksperimen dan 42 kelompok kontrol) dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket konsentrasi belajar yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap konsentrasi belajar siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 13.137 dan signifikansi 0.000 (< 0.05), dengan rata-rata perbedaan sebesar 17.381. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas fisik memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar siswa slow learner, sehingga dapat dijadikan strategi efektif dalam pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.
