TLEMC (Teaching and Learning English in Multicultural Contexts) (E-ISSN : 2541-6383) is the international journal published by English Education Department UNSIL Press (Universitas Siliwangi). It is a freely accessible, full text, peer-reviewed journal allowing for the dissemination of ELT in varying contexts (such as families, classrooms, schools, colleges, universities, communities, countries etc).
TLEMC (Teaching & Learning English in Multicultural Contexts) is a freely accessible, full text, peer-reviewed journal allowing for the dissemination of ELT in these main areas: (1) Methodology in ELT, (2) Technology Enhanced Language Learning (TELL), (3) Language Policy and Curriculum, (4) Teacher Professional Development, (5) Literature in ELT, (6) Language Assessment, (7) Language Material Design and Evaluation, (8) Psychological and Sociological Influences on English language learning (9) World Englishes and, (10) Discourse studies and other investigative perspectives relevant with language education and applied linguistics.
TLEMC is indexed by Google Scholar, Garuda, One Search, Base, PKP, and Cite Factor.

Migration of the Open Journal System (OJS) Link for TLEMC Starting from the June 2026 Issue.
