TLEMC (Teaching and Learning English in Multicultural Contexts) (E-ISSN : 2541-6383)  is the international journal published by English Education Department UNSIL Press (Universitas Siliwangi). It is a freely accessible, full text, peer-reviewed journal allowing for the dissemination of ELT in varying contexts (such as families, classrooms, schools, colleges, universities, communities, countries etc).

TLEMC welcomes articles that are original research papers (both qualitative and quantitative studies) that discuss different levels of education.
