TLEMC (Teaching and Learning English in Multicultural Contexts) is a journal published by English Department Faculty of Educational Science and Teachers' Training of Siliwangi University. It allows for the dissemination of ELT in these main areas:

(1) Methodology in ELT, (2) Technology Enhanced Language Learning (TELL), (3) Language Policy and Curriculum, (4) Teacher Professional Development, (4) Literature in ELT, (5) Language Assessment, (6) Language Materials Design and Evaluation, (7) Psycholinguistics and Sociolinguistics in ELT (8) Intercultural communication, (9)World Englishes, (10) Discourse studies and other investigative perspectives relevant with language education and applied linguistics. It is registered in Pusat Dokumentasi Ilmiah Indonesia Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (PDII LIPI), which its e-ISSN is 2541-6383. It was firstly published on June 2017 and consisted of 6 articles.
