Media Pertanian is a scientific journal published twice a year in May and November by Agrotechnology Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Siliwangi in collaboration with Indonesian Agrotechnology/Agroecotechnology Association (PAGI): N o. 16/MOU-PAGI-IX-2022 (PAGI).

The aim of the journal is to publish original research papers and article reviews about agricultural science and technology. The scope of the journal are :

Agronomy
Pest and disease science
Weed science
Plant ecophysiology
Biodiversity
Biotechnology
Forestry and plantation
Agricultural Microbiology
Plant breeding
Food science and technology

We accept submissions from all over the world, the article can be either in Bahasa Indonesia or English. All submitted articles shall never been published elsewhere, original and not under consideration for other publication

Every received article should follow Author's guidelines. Any submitted paper will be reviewed by reviewers. The review process employs a Double-blind Review that the reviewer does not know the identity of the author, and the author does not know the identity of the reviewers.

Berdasarkan SK Direktur Jendral Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, dan Teknologi - Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi Nomor 79/E/KPT/2023 Tentang Predikat AKreditasi Jurnal Ilmiah Periode I Tahun 2023, Media Pertanian dinyatakan memiliki " Akreditasi Baru PERINGKAT 4 mulai Volume 6 Nomor 1 Tahun 2021 sampai Volume 10 Nomor 2 Tahun 2025.
